🔁 Returns & Warranty Policy – OfficeSpace Solutions (OSS)
At OfficeSpace Solutions, we take pride in supplying high-quality reused office furniture, booths, and workspace solutions. Every item we sell is carefully selected, inspected, and prepared for reuse. Please read our returns and warranty terms below to understand what you can expect from us.
🪑 Reused Furniture & Office Booths
All items are sold as reused goods, and while we ensure excellent condition and functionality, please note:
- We do not accept returns for a change of mind or if the item is no longer required.
- Measurements, images, and item descriptions are provided to help you make an informed decision. We recommend visiting us to view stock in person where possible.
🛠️ 30-Day Functionality Guarantee
All products come with a 30-day warranty covering functionality and usability.
If you experience an issue:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery or collection.
- We’ll assess the fault and, where covered, offer a repair, replacement, or suitable alternative.
- The warranty does not cover wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, or damage caused after delivery.
To remain eligible, items must:
- Be used as intended in an indoor office environment.
- Not be modified, dismantled, or altered without our agreement.
- Be kept in the condition supplied (e.g. upholstery, fixings, structural elements).
⚠️ After 30 Days
Although our formal warranty ends after 30 days, we are happy to offer ongoing support and advice where we can. If an issue arises later, get in touch — we’ll do our best to help, even if a charge applies for repair or replacement.
❗Important Notes
- Customised, altered, or upcycled items may not be eligible for return unless the fault is structural or due to workmanship.
- Delivery costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
- Refunds are issued only in rare cases where no repair or replacement is possible and the issue falls within the warranty.
