Welcome to OfficeSpace Solutions. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure transparency, protect both parties, and deliver the best possible customer experience.
πͺ Product Availability & Order Fulfilment
All furniture, booths, and workspace solutions are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. As we specialise in reused and remanufactured items, stock levels are subject to availability and can change frequently.
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
- We aim to prepare items for collection or delivery within 3 working days, unless otherwise specified.
- Any delays will be communicated clearly, and weβll offer suitable alternatives where available.
π³ Payments & Deposits
- For most orders, full payment is required upfront to secure the item(s).
- For larger or bespoke projects, a non-refundable deposit may be agreed upon to reserve specific items or services.
- We accept bank transfer, card payment (SumUp), and cash for in-person transactions.
- Invoices are issued electronically and serve as confirmation of your purchase.
π Delivery & Collection
- Delivery is available across the UK and is quoted based on item size, weight, and location.
- Items may also be collected by appointment from our premises.
- All deliveries are arranged once payment has been made and a mutually agreed date is confirmed.
π Returns & Warranty
- OSS offers a 30-day functionality guarantee on all items. If a product proves to be unfit for use, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion).
- Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
- Items must remain in the condition supplied and not modified or altered to be eligible for warranty.
- Customised or upcycled items may be subject to different return conditions, which will be clearly stated before purchase.
